摘要:
目的：观察保妇康栓联合庆大霉素、甲硝唑治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组均给予庆大霉素8万U+200 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注，2次/d，连用7天；甲硝唑注射液静脉滴注,250 mL/次，2次/d，连用7天。观察组同时予以保妇康栓，1枚/次，1次/d，于睡前放置于阴道深处，月经干净后连用16天。2组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后观察2组治疗前后血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平，以及宫颈炎症状复发率、不良反应等，并据此评定临床疗效。结果：痊愈率治疗组为73.33%，对照组为53.33%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组为96.67%，对照组为80.00%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。2组症状积分治疗后均明显降低(P＜0.05)；治疗组降低更显著(P＜0.05)。SOD、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子2组治疗后均明显改善(P＜0.05)；治疗组改善更明显(P＜0.05)。复发率对照组为26.67%，治疗组为6.67%。2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未发生明显的不适。结论：保妇康栓联合庆大霉素、甲硝唑治疗慢性宫颈炎临床疗效显著，可显著改善SOD、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子水平，减轻临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of BaoFuKang suppository combined with gentamycin and metronidazole in treating chronic cervicitis. Method: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups received intravenous dripping of gentamycin, 0.8 million U and 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 200mL, twice per day, for one week; intravenous dripping of metronidazole injection, 250 mL each time, twice per day, for one week. The observation group were administered with BaoFuKang suppository, one suppository each time, once per day, put it in the deep of vagina before sleep, for 16 consecutive days after the menstruation. One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment, after three courses of treatment, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), recurrence rate of cervicitis as well as adverse reaction were observed in both groups before and after treating, clinical effects were observed. Result: Cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%, higher than 53.33% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 96.67% and 80.00%, the difference between both groups was significant (P＜0.05). Symptom scales of both groups were decreased remarkably(P＜0.05); the treatment groups lowered more significantly(P＜0.05). SOD, hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α were improved more notably after treating (P＜0.05); the improvement of the treatment group was more significant (P＜0.05). Recurrence rate of the control group was 26.67%, higher than 6.67% of the treatment group with significant difference (P＜0.05). There was no discomfort of the patients in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion: BaoFuKang suppository combined with gentamycin and metronidazole are effective in treating chronic cervicitis, the treatment could improve the levels of SOD, hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α as well as alleviate clinical symptom.
