摘要:
目的:建立黄连汤制炉甘石的鉴别及含量测定方法。方法:采用理化、薄层层析法对黄连汤制炉甘石进行鉴别;采用滴定法对黄连汤制炉甘石中氧化锌进行含量测定。结果:采用理化及TLC可鉴别黄连汤制炉甘石,采用改进后的氧化锌含量测定方法可测定其氧化锌的含量。结论:理化薄层层析法及含量测定方法,可作为黄连汤制炉甘石鉴别及氧化锌含量测定方法。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish the content determination method and identification of processed calamine by HuangLianTang. Method: Processed calamine by HuangLianTang was identified with physicochemical method and thin layer chromatography (TLC), and contents of zinc oxide in processed calamine by HuangLianTang were determined with titrimetry. Result: Physicochemical method and TLC were used to determine processed calamine by HuangLianTang, the contents of zinc oxide were tested with modified method. Conclusion: These methods could be used for the identification and content determination of zinc oxide in processed calamine by HuangLianTang.
