摘要:
目的：观察中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成2组，对照组给予养胃冲剂、羟氨苄青霉素胶囊治疗，连续治疗90天。观察组给予分阶段治疗，第1阶段（第1～15天）给予化湿理气汤，1剂/d；第2阶段（第16～90天）给予健脾和胃汤，1剂/d。结果：治愈率观察组为36.67%，对照组为20.00%，2组相比有明显差异(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为76.67%，对照组为66.67%，2组相比有明显差异(P＜0.05)。2组幽门螺杆菌根除率相比差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：中医分阶段治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者临床疗效显著，幽门螺杆菌根除率高。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify clinical effects of TCM treatment for patients suffering from chronic gastritis complicated with positive helicobacter pylori(HP) in different stages. Method: Sixty patients were randomized to two groups. The control group took YangWei granules and amoxicillin sodium capsules for 90 consecutive days. The observation group received TCM treatment at different stages, the first stage (from the first day to the 15th day) HuaShi LiQiTang, one dose per day, the second stage(from the 16th to the 90th day) JianPi HeWei Tang, one dose per day. Result: Cure rates of the observation group was 36.67%, higher than 20.00% of the control group, the comparisons between both groups showed significant difference(P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 76.67% and 66.67%, it had remarkable difference (P＜0.05). Comparisons between both groups showed notable difference in HP eradication rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM treatment for patients suffering from chronic gastritis complicated with positive HP in different stages could gain better effects with high HP eradication rate.
