摘要:
目的:探讨中药桂皮醛对人舌癌Tca8113细胞株增殖的影响。方法:体外培养人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞,采用256,128,64,32,16,8 μg/mL浓度的桂皮醛对其进行干预,用倒置相差显微镜及扫面电镜观察桂皮醛对细胞生长形态的影响,用细胞增殖检测法(MTT)检测桂皮醛对细胞增殖的影响。结果:16,8 μg/mL组的桂皮醛对Tca8113细胞生长形态无明显影响,128,64,32 μg/mL组Tca8113细胞的生长形态发生改变。8 μg/mL的桂皮醛对Tca8113细胞生长有促进作用,256,128,64,32,16 ug/mL的桂皮醛对Tca8113细胞生长有抑制作用,呈明显浓度依赖性。结论:桂皮醛对人舌癌Tca8113细胞的增殖有明显浓度依赖性,低浓度能促进其生长。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach the effects of cinnamic aldehyde on the proliferation of human tongue cancer Tca8113 cells in vitro. Method: Human tongue carcinoma Tca8113 cells were cultured in vitro and intervened by cinnamic aldehyde at the concentrations of 256, 128, 64, 32, 16, 8 ug/mL respectively, and the influence on morphological features of the cells was observed with inverted phase contrast microscope and scanning electron microscope, the effects of cinnamic aldehyde on cellular proliferation were detected with MTT assays. Result: Cinnamic aldehyde showed no effects on morphological features of Tca8113 cells at the concentrations of 16 and 8 ug/mL, it changed the morphology of Tca8113 cells in the concentrations of 128, 64 and 32 ug/mL. The drug in the concentration of 8 ug/mL promoted cellular growth, and inhibited the growth in the concentrations of 256, 128, 64, 32 and 16 ug/mL, in concentration-dependent manner remarkably. Conclusion: Cinnamic aldehyde could affect the proliferation of human tongue cancer Tca8113 cells in concentration-dependent manner, and it could promote the growth of the cells in low concentration.
