摘要:
目的：观察藏西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法：采集50例小儿支气管肺炎患者，予西医抗感染、纠正酸碱平衡紊乱、维持体液平衡治疗，需要时吸氧，同时服用藏药三臣散、肺热普清散，频咳者加“七味葡萄散”，均3次/d，0.5 g/次口服单方或组方连服1周为1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效，与此同时依照藏医理论嘱患儿注意饮食起居。结果：痊愈45例，占90%；显效3例，占6%；有效1例，占2%；无效1例，占2%；总有效率98%。结论：运用藏西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of Tibetan and Western medicine in treating children with bronchopneumonitis. Method: All 50 patients received Western medicine therapy including anti-infection, correcting the disturbance of acid-base balance, maintaining fluid balance, oxygen uptake if necessary; SanChen powder, FeiRe PuQing powder, and "QiWei PuTao powder" for the patients who coughed frequently, all three times per day, 0.5g each time, one week was one course of treatment, clinical effects were observed after two courses of treatment, the diet and daily life of the children were noticed to follow the doctors' advice according to the theory of Tibetan medicine. Result: There were 45 cases cured, which reached 90%; three cases markedly effective and 6%; one case effective and 2%; one case ineffective and 2%; total effective rate was 98%. Conclusion: The combination of Tibetan and Western medicine are effective for children with bronchopneumonitis.
