摘要:
目的：探讨活血化瘀治疗脑挫裂伤的临床疗效。方法：将82例脑挫裂伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各41例，对照组按常规方法给予对症急救治疗，治疗组在此基础上口服或鼻饲血府逐瘀汤。1剂/d，小儿及老年患者每2日1剂。2组患者均以治疗1个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.68%，明显高于对照组(82.93)%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对脑挫裂伤患者在常规治疗基础上进行活血化瘀治疗疗效显著，能够降低神经细胞损害程度，达到促进伤灶加速愈合的目的。
Abstract:
bjective: To discuss clinical effects of activating blood and removing stasis method for contusion and lacteration of brain. Method: All 82 patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group, 41 cases each group, the control group received corresponding emergency treatment, and the treatment group accepted XueFu ZhuYuTang orally of by nasal feeding, one dose per day, one dose every two days for infants or elderly people. One month was one course of treatment and both groups were observed after one month. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.68%, higher than 82.93% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Routine treatment and activating blood and removing stasis therapy could obtain clinical effects for the patients suffering from contusion and lacteration of brain, which could reduce the degree of nerve cell damage and accelerate the healing of the lesions.
