摘要:
目的：探讨中医护理干预对肝阳上亢型高血压患者睡眠障碍的影响。方法：选取肝阳上亢型高血压伴睡眠障碍患者160例，随机分为对照组、干预组各80例。对照组给予常规护理方法进行护理，干预组在常规护理基础上加中药足浴、耳穴按压及中医辨证护理。2组均以治疗15天为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察患者降压效果、睡眠障碍状改善情况。结果：中医护理干预组在临床症状及睡眠改善方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，在降压疗效方面与对照组对比无显著差异性(P＞0.05)。结论：中医辨证护理能够提高肝阳上亢型高血压病患者睡眠质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of TCM nursing intervention on sleep disorder of the patients suffering from hypertension of liver Yang hyperactivity pattern. Method: Altogether 160 patients were randomized into the control group and the intervention group. The control group received routine nursing, the intervention group were also given with herb foot bath, ear acupoint pressing, syndrome differentiation and nursing on the basis of routine nursing. 15 days were one course of treatment, the improvement of sleep disorder and the effects of blood pressure decrease were observed after one course of treatment. Result: The intervention group was superior to the control group in clinical symptom and sleep improvement, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05), the comparison demonstrated insignificant difference in blood pressure decrease when the intervention group was compared with the control group, the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Sydrome differentiation and nurs-ing including herb foot bath, ear acupoint pressing and others could improve sleep quality of the patients with hyperten-sion of liver Yang hyperactivity pattern.
