对《辅行诀》30味加减药的药证进行归纳和比较后发现，其中28味药的药证与《伤寒杂病论》《神农本草经》相符；地榆在《伤寒杂病论》中未见，其药证与《神农本草经》同；而山萸肉的药证在《伤寒杂病论》和《神农本草经》中均未见论及。因此，从药证的角度看，《辅行诀》与《伤寒杂病论》《神农本草经》之间的有着高度同源性。

The indications of 28 drugs from FuXingJue fit the ones in ShangHan ZaBingLun and ShenNong BenCaoJing after the comparison of 30 drugs in FuXingJue; DiYu(Sanguisorba officinalis) wasn't reported in ShangHan ZaBingLun, similar to ShenNong BenCaoJing; the indications of ShanYuRou(Cornus officinalis) weren't discussed in ShangHan ZaBingLun and ShenNong BenCaoJing. Consequently, FuXingJue, ShangHan ZaBingLun and ShenNong BenCaoJing showed high homologcies in the angle of indications.
