摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将严重脓毒症胃肠功能障碍患者110例随机分为对照组54例与治疗组56例，2组均给予莫沙比利口服及西医常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上联用吴茱萸加粗盐热敷腹部、神阙穴，5天后观察2组患者肠鸣音改善情况及胃肠功能障碍评分情况。结果：治疗组在治疗后胃肠功能障碍评分明显低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组肠鸣音能更早改善，总改善率治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在西医治疗的基础上联用吴茱萸热敷腹部、神阙穴能有效加快胃肠功能恢复，改善脓毒症患者的预后。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction of sepsis.Method: All 110 patients were randomly divided into 54 cases of the control group and 56 cases of the treatment group. Both groups took mosapride and were given with routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group received hot compress with WuZhuYu(Tetradium ruticarpum) on the abdomen and ShenQue, the conditions of gastrointestinal dysfunction scales and the improvement of intestinal gurgling sounds in both groups were observed in five days.Result: The treatment group was lower than the control group in the scales of gastrointestinal dysfunction obviously, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.05); intestinal gurgling sound of the treatment group was improved more earlier, total improvement rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: On the foundation of Western medicine, hot compressing with WuZhuYu on the abdomen and ShenQue could rapidly accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the prognosis of the patients with sepsis.
