摘要:
目的：探讨微创漏斗胸矫形术患者围手术期的护理措施。方法：对19例漏斗胸患者围手术期给予心理护理、呼吸道准备、加强营养，术后严密观察生命体征并进行呼吸道管理等一系列护理措施。结果：19例患者均顺利完成手术，达到预期效果满意出院，未出现护理并发症，随访半年未出现钢板移位。结论：漏斗胸患者给予精心围手术期护理，不仅可缩短手术时间，减少并发症的发生，更有利于患者康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss perioperative nursing measures for the patients who were performed with minimally invasive repair of pectus excatum. Method: Altogether 19 cases of patients received a series of nursing measures including psychological care, respiratory tract preparation, nutritional support, closely observing body signs after the surgery and respiratory tract management. Result: All 19 patients were performed with the surgery smoothly and discharged with satisfactory effects, no complications of the care appeared, plate displacement didn't occurred in the follow-up for half of the years. Conclusion: Perioperative care for the patients could shorten the time of the surgery and reduce the incidence of the complications, which is helpful to the recovery of the patients.
