摘要:
预约诊疗服务具有节约时间、降低医疗管理成本、防止倒卖门诊号等优势，能有效解决群众反映突出的看病难问题，进一步改善医院系统服务功能；但存在患者爽约、医生停诊、知名专家少、网络拥堵、系统支持不够等一系列问题，面临许多困难，需要我们进一步探索，使其更加科学、合理、更趋于人性化，确保预约诊疗服务可持续发展，真正改变医院挂号难、看病难的局面。
Abstract:
Registration booking service demonstrates the advantages of saving time, decreasing medical management cost, preventing the resale of the registration number and others, which could effectively overcome the difficulty of getting medical service and further improve hospital system service function; but it's hard to settle a series of problems including the patients broke the appointments, the doctor stopped the visiting, fewer famous specialists, pressure on the internet, insufficient support for the system and others, these questions needed to be explored to make the system more scientific, rationalize and humane, which could ensure sustainable development of registration booking system and change the difficulties of getting medical service and registration really.
