摘要:
目的:观察调脂汤对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法:将100例PCI术后患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。2组患者均于PCI术后给予西药常规治疗,观察组加用调脂汤,水煎分服,2次/d。2组均连续治疗1个月,观察2组血液流变学及血脂变化情况。结果:2组治疗后全血高、中、低切黏度,血浆黏度,红细胞压积等指标均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的等指标均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调脂汤可改善冠心病PCI术后血液流变学、血脂等各项检测指标。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of TiaoZhi Tang on blood lipid and rheology of the patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Method: One hundred patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group. Both groups received routine treatment of Western Medicine after PCI, the observation group were also administered with TiaoZhi Tang, water decocted, twice per day. The changes of blood lipid and rheology of both groups were observed after treating for one month. Result: High, moderate and low shear viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and other indexes were improved significantly after treating in both groups(P<0.05), the difference was significant between both groups after treating (P<0.05). Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and others were improved obviously in both groups after treating (P<0.05), and the improvements of the observation group were superior to that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TiaoZhi Tang could improve blood rheology and lipid of the patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
