摘要:
目的：观察当归芍药散加减治疗羊水过多的疗效及安全性。方法：将155例患者随机分为治疗组86例、对照组69例。治疗组采用当归芍药散加减治疗，对照组无药物干预，分析2组患者治疗前后症状、羊水指数变化情况，并随访妊娠结局，分析其安全性。结果：羊水指数及临床症状评分治疗后2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，在妊娠期糖尿病及胎膜早破的发生率上存在差异(P＜0.05)。在妊娠期高血压、产程异常、产后出血、剖宫产的发生率上无差异(P＞0.05)。结论：当归芍药散加减治疗羊水过多有良好的治疗效果，且安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss therapeutic effects and the safety of modified DangGui ShaoYao powder for hydramnion. Method: All 155 patients were randomized into 86 cases of the treatment group and 69 cases of the control group. The treatment group received modified DangGui ShaoYao powder and the control group received nothing, the symptoms and the changes of amniotic fluid indexes were analyzed before and after treating, the end of pregnancy was followed up to analyze the safety. Result: The comparison between both groups had statistical difference after treating in amniotic fluid indexes and the scales of clinical symptoms (P＜0.05), it also showed differences in the incidences of gestational diabetes mellitus and premature rupture of fetal membranes (P＜0.05), it had no difference in the incidences of gestational hypertension, abnormal labor, postartum hemorrhage and cesarean section (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Modified DangGui ShaoYao powder is effective, safe and reliable for hydramnion.
