摘要:
目的:观察舒平烧伤膏治疗烧烫伤的临床疗效。方法:应用局部涂摸、暴露或弹力绷带加压包扎的方法,治疗各种烧烫伤患者1 358人。结果:伤口愈合率100%,烧伤创面平均愈合时间浅Ⅱ度(9.30±5.28)天,深Ⅱ度为(16.87±6.63)天,Ⅲ度为(33.80±17.46)天。烧伤深度越深、程度越重、住院应用抗生素的患者平均医疗费用和每1%面积医疗费用越高。结论:舒平烧伤膏治疗烧烫伤效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of ShuPing ShaoShang ointment in treating burn and scald. Method: All 1358 patients were treated by local smearing, exposure or binding up with elastic bandages. Result: The cure rate of the wound was 100%. Average healing time of superficial second-degree burns was (9.30±5.28) days average healing time of deep second-degree burns (16.87±6.63) days, average healing time of second-degree burns was (33.80±17.46) days. The deeper and theseverer the burn and scald as,The higher average medical cost and medical cost for each 1% area for the patient were. Conclusion: ShuPing ShaoShang ointment is effective in treating burn and scald.
