摘要:
目的：比较单用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、果胶铋片与联合消溃愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将88例患者随机分为2组，2组均治以奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、果胶铋片，治疗组同时服用消溃愈疡汤。2组均以治疗7天为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后评价临床疗效。结果：治愈率治疗组为75.00%，对照组为50.00%。2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率治疗组为93.18%，对照组为0.45%。2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。腹痛、烧心、反胃、反酸、嗳气等症状积分治疗后2组均明显降低（P＜0.05），治疗组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：以消溃愈疡汤联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、果胶铋片治疗消化性溃疡的疗效优于单纯使用上述西医者。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare clinical effects of omeprazole, amoxicillin and pectic bismuth together and their combinations with XiaoKui YuYang Tang in treating peptic ulcer. Method: All 88 patients were randomized into two group, both groups took omeprazole, amoxicillin and pectic bismuth, and the treatment group XiaoKui YuYang Tang at the same time. Seven days were one course of treatment, clinical effects were assessed after two courses of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the treatment group was 75.00%, higher than 50.00% of the control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 93.18% and 70.45%, the difference was significant(P＜0.05). The scales of the symptoms including abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, regurgitation and belching were lowered significantly in both groups after treating(P＜0.05), the decrease of the treatment group was more notable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiaoKui YuYang Tang combined with omeprazole, amoxicillin and pectic bismuth together are more for peptic ulcer than Western Medicine.
