摘要:
目的：观察依达拉奉联合通痹活络汤治疗高龄后循环脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将150例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例。2组均给予依达拉奉静脉输注，治疗组同时加服通痹活络汤，观察2组总有效率及治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度(N1HSS)评分的变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率97.33%，显著高于对照组(P＜0.05）。治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：通痹活络汤联合依达拉奉治疗高龄后循环脑梗死疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of edaravone and TongBi HuoLuo Tang in the treatment for senile patients suffering from posterior circulation cerebral infarction. Method: All 150 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. Both groups were administered with intravenous dripping of edaravone, the treatment group took TongBi HuoLuo Tang. Total effective rate and the changes of national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS) before and after treating were observed in both groups. Result: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.33%, higher than that of the control group significantly(P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in NIHSS between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Edaravone and TongBi HuoLuo Tang could obtain notable effects in the treatment for senile patients suffering from posterior circulation cerebral infarction.
