摘要:
目的：观察针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。2组均给予双氯芬酸钠，50 mg/次，2次/d，口服，连续用药1个月。治疗组在此基础上加用针刀治疗。结果：总有效率观察组为93.33%，对照组为73.33%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05）。2组晨僵时间、15 m步行时间、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)等观察指标治疗后均有改善(P＜0.05），治疗组改善更明显(P＜0.05）。结论：针刀治疗AS疗效显著，并可降低ESR、CRP水平，缩短晨僵时间、15 m步行时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of needle-knife in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Method: Altogether 120 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group. Both groups began to take diclofenac sodium orally, 50mg each time, twice per day, for one consecutive month. The treatment group were treated with needle-knife on the foundation. Result: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was significant(P＜0.05). The time of morning stiffness, 15m walking time, ESR, CRP and other indexes were improved in both groups after treating (P＜0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was more notable(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needle-knife in treating AS could gain better effects, it could also decrease the levels of ESR and CRP, shorten the time of morning stiffness and 15m walking time.
