摘要:
目的：观察功能锻炼对髋关节置换术后髋关节功能的影响。方法：将60例髋关节置换术后患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组术后常规治疗，观察组在此基础上进行功能锻炼，观察2组治疗前后Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数及髋关节功能。结果：Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数评分2组治疗后与治疗前相比，差异显著(P＜0.05)，观察组改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。髋关节功能优良率观察组为86.67%，对照组为56.67%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为96.67%，对照组为80.00%，2组相比差异显著(P＜0.05）。结论：功能锻炼及髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折临床观察疗效较好，可改善Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数及髋关节功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influence of functional exercise on hip joint function of the patients after hip replacement. Method: All 60 patients were randomly divided to the observation group and the control group. The control group accepted routine treatment after the surgery and the observation functional exercise, Harris hip joint scale, Barthel index and hip joint function were observed before and after treating. Result: The difference was significant when both groups were compared between before and after the surgery in Harris hip joint scale and Barthel index scale(P＜0.05), the observation group was improved more significantly than the control group(P＜0.05).Excellence rate of hip joint function in the observation group was 86.67%, higher than 56.67% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 80.00% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Functional exercise and hip replacement are effective in treating senile patients suffering from intertrochanteric fracture, which could improve Harris hip joint scale, Barthel index and hip joint function.
