摘要:
高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)与缺血性脑卒中在临床指征上具有很强的相关性，是其发病的独立危险因素之一。中医药治疗本病具有独特的疗效和优势，在辨证与辨病相结合的模式下，在整体调节人体脏腑阴阳的基础上，临证时只要辨证准确且方证相应，不仅可以降低血浆同型半胱氨酸血症(homocysteine，Hcy)的浓度，提高缺血性卒中的治疗率、控制率、甚至增加治愈率，而且在减少复发率、减少终点事件以及改善患者生活质量方面也有着明显的优势。
Abstract:
hyperhomocystinemia (Hhcy) is closely related to ischemic strokeas one of the independent risk factors in clinic. TCM treatment for the disease presents the unique therapeutic effects and advantages, under the mode of syndrome differentiation and diseases differentiation, on the foundation of regulating the viscera and Yin-Yang, the therapy not only could reduce the concentration of homocysteine(Hcy) in the serum, improve treatment rate, control rate and cure rate of ischemic stroke, but also shows the clear superiority of improving life quality of the patients, reducing relapse rate and endpoint event.
