目的:探讨将集束化管理运用于急诊突发事件护理人力资源调配中,以提高急诊科各类突发事件的应急管理能力。方法:选择2009年1月至2010年12月发生的30起突发事件为对照组,2011年1月至2012年8月发生的27起突发事件为观察组。对照组采用的是传统的人力资源调配方法,观察组采用集束化的管理方法进行抢救分区域、护士分层次的人力资源调配方案。评价2种方案实施过程中的医患满意度、护士到位及时率以及抢救成功率。结果:经过2年的临床实践,在应对各种突发事件时,护士到位及时率、抢救成功率、医生及家属的满意度观察组均较对照组提高。结论:集束化管理运用于护理人力资源调配方案的实施中,可优化护理人力资源配置,有效提升护士的工作效率;并优化急救流程,进一步提高了抢救成功率。
Abstract:
Objective: To improve emergency management ability for different incidents in Emergency Department by exploring the application of bundle management to the allocation of nursing human resources. Methods: All 30 emergencies happened from January, 2009 to December, 2010 were chosen as the control group, and 27 emergencies from January, 2011 to August, 2012 as the observation group. The control group received traditional allocation method of human resources and the observation group the allocation of human resources plan including rescuing for the subsection, nurses in different levels by bundle management. Satisfactory degrees of the doctor-patients, the rate of the nurses in place timely and the success rate of the rescue were evaluated. Results: After clinical practice in two years, satisfactory degrees of the doctor-patients, the rate of the nurses in place timely and the success rate of the rescue were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: The implementation of bundle management to the allocation of nursing human resource could optimize resources allocation, effectively raise the work efficiency of the nurses; optimize emergency procedures, and improve success rate of the rescue further.
