摘要:
目的:对甲状腺肿物的细针吸取细胞(fine needle aspiration cytotogy,FNAC)结合膜式薄层液基细胞学(TCT)检查作出评估。方法:细针吸取组织,涂片,并将针筒内剩余穿刺物全部冲洗至TCT样本液中,微电脑控制完全自动纸片,HE染色,同时与有病理组织对照的病例进行对比分析。结果:行FNAC结合TCT检查,且有组织学对照的103例甲状腺疾病患者的诊断符合率高达88.3%。结论:甲状腺肿物FNAC结合TCT诊断符合率高,值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess the value of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and TCT in the diagnosis of goiter. Methods: The tissue was aspired by fine needle and smeared, and the remainder was rinsed into TCT samples, the smear was controlled by microcomputer and received HE staining, which was contrasted to medical cases with pathological tissue. Results: Coincidence rate of the diagnosis for 103 patients suffering from thyroid diseases could reach 88.3% after FNAC and TCT examination were performed. Conclusion: FNAC and TCT in the diagnosis of goiter could obtain high coincidence rate, which should be widely spread.
