摘要:
目的:比较4种不同工艺对镰形棘豆总黄酮提取的影响。方法:采用水提醇沉酸解、水提、碱提酸沉及水提酸解4种工艺提取,以镰形棘豆总黄酮得率及纯度为指标,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法测定镰形棘豆总黄酮含量。结果:镰形棘豆最佳提取工艺为水提酸解。该提取物中总黄酮提取率为1.6%,纯度为:11.26%。结论:该工艺可用于镰形棘豆药材中总黄酮成分的提取,方法可靠,简便易行。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare the effects of four kinds of processes on the extraction of total flavonoids from LianXing JiDou(Oxytropis falcata Bunge). Methods: The contents of total flavonoids from LianXing JiDou were detected by NaNO2-Al(NO3) 3 chromatometry, the yield and the purity of total flavonoids were taken as the indexes, total flavonoids were extracted with the processes including water-extraction alcohol-precipitation and acid-hydrolysis, water-extraction, alkaline-extraction and acid-precipitation, water-extraction and acid-hydrolysis. Results: The best extraction process for LianXing JiDou was water-extraction and acid- hydrolysis. The extraction percentage and the purity of total flavonoids were 1.6% and 11.26% respectively. Conclusion: The process could be used to extract total flavonoids from LianXing JiDou, which is reliable, simple and practicable.
