摘要:
目的：探讨高州市人民医院住院患者疾病构成及变化趋势，为医院改革发展以及专科建设提供科学的决策依据。方法：按照ICD-10编码分类的标准和原则，对某院2012年出院患者资料进行统计分析。结果：44 140例出院患者在全部20个疾病系统和各个年龄段均有分布，其中循环系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、肿瘤等疾病住院人数最多，15～44岁组、60岁以上组为住院人数最多的年龄段。结论：应以本地区多发病、常见病作为医疗预防工作的重点，合理调配医疗资源，加强疾病防治，控制疾病发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide scientific evidence for the development of hospital reform and subject construction by exploring disease composition and the changes of inpatients in Gaozhou municipal People′s Hospital. Methods: According to the standard and the principles of ICD-10 coding specification, the information of the discharged patients in a hospital at 2012 was statistically analyzed. Results: All 44 140 patients were distributed in 20 kinds of diseases at all ages, The patients suffering from circulatory system disease, urogenital system disease and tumors were the most, and most of the patients were aged between 15 and 44 years, more than 60 years. Conclusion: The frequently encountered disease and the common one in the area are the key part of medical prevention, we should rationally allocate medical resources, enhance the prevention of the disease and control its occurrence.
