摘要:
目的：观察独活寄生汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将58例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各29例。观察组采用独活寄生汤治疗，对照组采用甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗，对比分析2组总疗效、临床症状及实验室相关指标的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为93.1%，对照组为69.0%，2组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。晨僵时间、关节相关症状评分、15 m步行时间、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、IgG、IgA、IgM治疗后2组均明显改善(P＜0.05)，观察组改善更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：独活寄生汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎临床疗效显著，可改善症状、体征及关节功能，提高患者机体免疫力。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of DuHuo JiSheng Tang in treating rheumatoid arthritis at active stage. Methods: All 58 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The observation group took DuHuo JiSheng Tang and the control group methopterin(MTX), total effects, clinical symptom and associated indexes of the lab in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%, higher than 69.0% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). The time of morning stiffness, the scales of joint-related symptoms, 15m walking time, ESR, CRP, RF, IgG, IgA and IgM of both groups were improved significantly(P＜0.05), the improvement of the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion: DuHuo JiSheng Tang is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis at active stage, it could improve the symptoms, body signs, joint functions and the immunity of the patients.
