摘要:
目的：观察“Z”型拨针刀治疗颈项部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例颈项部肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，对照组采用手法、拔罐、蜡疗、针灸及中药汤剂内服、熏洗等综合治疗方案，治疗组采用“Z”型拨针刀治疗。结果：对照组显效率6.67%，总有效率60%；治疗组显效率55.56%，总有效率97.78%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：“Z”型拨针刀治疗颈项部肌筋膜炎疗效显著，疗程短，操作安全，且突显了中医的简、便、验、廉。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Z-shaped needle-knife in treating cervical myofascitis. Methods: All 90 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group received comprehensive treatment plan including manipulation, cupping, wax therapy, acupuncture, oral administration of herbal decoction and fumigation, and the treatment group were treated with Z-shaped needle-knife. Results: Markedly effective rate of the control group was 6.67%, total effective rate 60%, lower than 55.56% and 97.78% of the treatment group. The treatment group was better than the control group notably in clinical effects (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Z-shaped needle-knife is effective in treating cervical myofascitis, and it shows the advantages of TCM: being simple, convenient, inexpensive and safe.
