摘要:
目的：建立养阴生肌膜中冰片的β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。方法：以冰片的收得率和包合率为指标,采用正交实验方法,考察饱和水溶液法中冰片包合效果的主要影响因素。结果：冰片的β-CD包合最佳工艺是冰片与β-环糊精的比为1∶6，β-CD：H2O(g∶mL)为1：12，包合温度为45℃。结论：该包合工艺简单易行,切实可靠,适合生产。
Abstract:
Objective: To probe into the best technology for the inclusion of borneol in YangYin ShengJi membrane with beta cyclodextrin(β-CD). Methods: The yield rate and inclusion rate of borneol were taken as the indexes, main factors influencing on borneol inclusion were surveyed by saturated water aqua-solution method and orthogonal design. Results: The best inclusion technology of borneol with β-CD was: the ratio of borneol and β-CD=1:6, β-CD: H2O(g: mL) =1:12, the temperature was 45℃. Conclusion: The inclusion process is simple, feasible, reliable and suitable for the production.
