摘要:
目的:对金芪利水排石颗粒的水提取工艺进行优选。方法:以鸡内金中天冬氨酸转移率及药材水煎煮液的出膏率为评价指标,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,采用正交表设计实验法对药材水提取工艺进行优选。结果:最佳水提取工艺条件为按处方比例取药材加8倍量水煎煮3次,2 h/次。结论:设计的条件对天冬氨酸转移率及提取液出膏率影响显著,优选的工艺稳定,且简便经济,适合于生产。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize water extraction technology of JinQi LiShui PaiShi granules. Methods: Transportation rate of aspartic acid (Asp) in JiNeiJin (endothelium corneum gigeriae galli) and the decocting rate of herbs decocted in water were chosen as the indexes, the contents were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the water extraction process of herbs was optimized by orthogonal design method. Results: The best water extraction technology was that herbs in the ratio of prescription were decocted for three times in the water, and the amounts were equal to eight times, two hours each time. Conclusion: The technology affects transportation rate of Asp and the decocting rate of the extracts greatly, the optimum technology is stable, convenient and economic.
