摘要:
目的：调查分析酒精性股骨头坏死患者的中医体质类型分布特点。方法：对确诊为酒精性股骨头坏死的患者按统一设计的研究病例报告表逐项进行问卷调查，建立数据库，采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果：共调查酒精性股骨头坏死患者93例，男女性别比例为3.04：1；平和质46例，偏颇体质47例；男性患者平和质和偏颇体质构成比高于女性，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；男女高发体质均为平和质。结论：酒精性股骨头坏死患者的高发体质是平和质、痰湿质、阳虚质；酒精性股骨头坏死患者体质类型在性别上存在差异，且发病率男性明显高于女性。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate distribution features of TCM constitution types in the patients suffering from a1cohol-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head(AIONFH). Methods: The patients proved with AIONFH were surveyed with questionnaires; the database was established and analyzed statistically with SPSS 17.0. Results: All 93 patients were investigated, the ratio of man to woman was 3.04 to 1; there were 46 cases with peace constitution and 47 cases with biased constitution; the proportions of the constitutions of male patients were higher than these of female patients, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); peace constitution was the most common one in male and female patients. Conclusion: The high incidences of the constitutions in the patients with AIONFH are peace, phlegm-dampness and Yang deficiency; there are differences in the constitution distribution between male and female patients, the morbidity of the male is higher than that of the female obviously.
