摘要:
目的：探讨《针灸大成》一书中单穴处方选穴规律。方法：以《针灸大成》一书中所载针灸处方为研究对象，统计每则针灸处方穴位数目，并针对单穴处方进行讨论。结果：《针灸大成》所载针灸处方选穴数目≤5穴的针灸处方为1 548则，约占全书所载针灸处方的83.6%，其中单穴处方为534则，约占全书所载针灸处方的28.8%。单穴处方选穴特点为：多取十四正经穴位，经外奇穴作为有效补充；十四正经穴位多取特定穴；特定穴中以五腧穴和多经交会穴为主。结论：《针灸大成》所载针灸处方注重精选腧穴，取穴少而精，突出枢会。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the rules of choosing acupoint in single point prescription recorded in ZhenJiu DaCheng. Methods: Acupuncture prescriptions recorded in ZhenJiu DaCheng were selected as the subjects, the number of points in the prescriptions were counted and the discussion about single point prescription was performed. Results: There were 1 548 pieces of acupuncture prescriptions (the number of points selection≤5 points) in ZhenJiu DaCheng, which accounted for 83.6% of all the acupuncture prescriptions, among them, there were 534 pieces of single point prescriptions, and they occupied 28.8% of all the acupuncture prescriptions. The features of acupoint selection in single point prescription were: points distributed on 14 meridians, extraordinary acupoints as effective supplementary; specific acupoints located on 14 meridians; especially five-shu Points and convergent acupoints. Conclusion: Acupuncture prescription in ZhenJiu DaCheng usually emphasize the selection of the points, less but select, especially the convergent points.
