摘要:
从中医临床人才培养模式创新实验区入手，分析了实验区导师制的特色，总结了实验区导师制的效果，并指出了存在的问题。
Abstract:
The characteristics of tutorial system were analyzed in innovative experimental area by studying innovative experimental area of TCM clinical personnel training mode, to sum up its effects and point out the existing issues.
