摘要:
目的：观察止咳平喘汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将64例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组各32例，2组均常规采用孟鲁司特、特布他林治疗，治疗组同时口服止咳平喘汤，1剂/d。2组均治疗15天。观察2组止咳起效时间，评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.88％，对照组为71.88％，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。治疗组止咳起效时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：止咳平喘汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘有较好的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate curative effects of ZhiKe PingChuan Tang in treating children with cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods: Sixty-four patients were assigned to the treatment group and the control group equally. Both groups received montelukast and terbutaline, the treatment group took ZhiKe PingChuan Tang, one dose per day. Both groups were treated for 15 days. The onset time of stopping the cough was observed and clinical effects were assessed in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88%, higher than 71.88% of the control group with significant difference (P＜0.05). The onset time of stopping cough in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ZhiKe PingChuan Tang is effective for CVA.
