摘要:
目的:探讨在西药常规治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将90例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例，2组采用降血压、抗凝、降血脂等常规治疗，治疗组加用血府逐瘀汤，1剂/d，水煎分服。2组均以4周为1个疗程，治疗4个疗程后观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为88.89%，对照组为73.33%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。2组血液流变学指标均较治疗前改善(P＜0.05)，且治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在西药常规治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of XueFu ZhuYu Tang and routine treatment of western medicine in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods: All 90 cases were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups received routine treatment to lower blood pressure, anti-coagulation, decreasing blood lipid and others, the treatment group took XueFu ZhuYu Tang, each day one dose, water decocted. Four weeks were one course of the treatment, In four courses of the treatment, clinical effects, the changes of blood rheology indexes before and after treating were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%, higher than 73.33% of the control group with notable difference (P＜0.05). The indexes of blood rheology in both groups were improved after treating compared with before treating (P＜0.05), and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XueFu ZhuYu Tang is effective in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine.
