摘要:
目的：观察全面护理对预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的干预效果。方法：选取2011年 6月至2012年 6月在神经外科行手术治疗的100例患者为研究对象，随机分为护理组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理，护理组在常规护理的基础上加入系统、细致的全面护理。比较2组患者术后肺部感染的发生率及平均住院时间。结果：护理组患者肺部感染、误吸、低氧血症人数及平均住院时间经比较均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：全面护理能有效干预神经外科重症患者术后肺部感染的发生，加速患者术后康复，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the intervention of comprehensive nursing on the prevention of pulmonary infection of critical patients in neurosurgery department. Methods: One hundred patients who were performed with the operation in neurosurgery department from June, 2011 to June, 2012 were chosen, they were assigned to the nursing group and the control group, 50 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care, the nursing group received systematic comprehensive care on the base of routine care. The incidence of pulmonary infection of the patients after the operation and average hospitalization time were compared between both groups. Results: The nursing group was less than the control group in the numbers of the patients with pulmonary infection, aspiration or hyoxemia and average hospitalization time, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing could effectively intervene pulmonary infection of the patients after surgery in neurosurgery department, accelerate the rehabilitation of the patients after the operation and should be popularized in clinic.
