摘要:
目的：探讨整脊经筋手法治疗早中期强直性脊柱炎患者的临床疗效。方法：将27例确诊为早中期强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为整脊经筋手法组（手法组）15例、柳氮磺吡啶结肠溶胶囊组（药物组）12例，共治疗4周，分别于治疗前和治疗后观察2组患者脊柱生物力学活动度、VAS评分和ESR、CRP等风湿3项。结果：手法组在改善脊柱生物力学活动度方面优于药物组，但对于血沉等生化指标的改善不如药物组。结论：整脊经筋手法在脊柱生物力学改善方面效果确实可靠，其操作简单适应性广，不失为一种可推广的疗法。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of chiropractic and meridian manipulations in treating the patients with ankylosing spondylitis at early and medium stages. Methods: All 27 patients were randomized into 15 cases in the group of chiropractic and meridian manipulations (manipulation group) and 12 cases in sulfasalazine capsules group (drug group), for four weeks, the activity of spine biomechanics, VAS, ESR, CRP and other indexes in both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: Manipulation group was superior to drug group in improving the activity of spine biomechanics, but not as well as drug group in improving biochemical indexes such as ESR. Conclusion: Chiropractic and meridian manipulations are reliable in improving spine biomechanics, the operation is simple and feasible, and it should be spread.
