以“三级预防”思想为指导，从一级预防，术前检查，排除隐患；二级预防，血栓前状态预防，未病先防；三级预防，术后防治等多方面探讨骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的防治策略，以期在今后的临床研究中不断丰富三级预防思想的内涵，为提升患者健康做出应有的贡献。

The prevention strategies for deep venous thrombosis (DVT) patients after orthopedic surgery were explored from the aspects of taking the thinking of "tertiary prevention" as the direction, primary prevention, preoperative examination, removing the hidden dangers; secondary prevention, preventing prethrombotic state, prevention before disease; tertiary prevention, postoperative prevention, in order to replenish the contents of tertiary prevention in further studies, make the contribution for improving the health of the patients.
