护士职业素质教育培训在透析室护理中的实施效果观察-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的:探讨在透析室实施护士职业素质教育培训的做法及成效。方法：从加强思想道德建设、专业技能培训、职业礼仪学习及绩效考评4个方面入手，不断提高护士的职业素养，全面提升护士素质，为患者提供安全、优质、满意的护理服务。结果：实施护士职业素质教育培训后，科室基础护理落实率、陪护率、患者满意度及治疗依从率明显提高，投诉次数下降（P＜0.05），巡视病房、护患沟通、生活护理、专业护理、心理护理质量明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论:护士职业素质教育培训将“以人为本”的护理服务理念落到了实处，促进了护理质量的全面提升。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the procedure and results of nurse professional quality education training implemented in the dialysis room. Methods: Professional quality of the nurse was gradually raised and the quality of the nurse completely lifted by promoting ideological and moral construction, professional skills training, professional etiquette learning and performance appraisal, to provide safe, high quality and satisfying care for the patients. Results: After nurse professional quality education training was implemented, implementation rate of basic nursing in the department, accompanying rate, the number of complaint, satisfaction degree of the patients and therapeutic compliance rate were obviously improved (P＜0.05), ward visiting, nurse-patient communication, life care, professional care and mental care quality were lifted remarkably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nurse professional quality education training would focus on the concept of "people-oriented" nursing and promote complete development of nursing quality.
