摘要:
目的：观察胃肠道舒适护理对婴幼儿喂养不耐受的影响。方法：将60例患儿随机分为干预组、对照组各30例。对照组采用常规喂养，即普通胃管间歇喂养法；干预组采用非营养性吸吮、腹部抚触、喂养后俯卧位及微量泵间断胃管喂养等4种护理干预措施。干预组患儿达到全肠道营养时间、恢复出生体质量时间、鼻胃管留置时间均比对照组短(P＜0.05)。喂养出现呕吐、腹胀、胃残留、呼吸暂停例数干预组均较对照组少(P＜0.05)。结论：胃肠道舒适护理可改善婴幼儿喂养不耐受的状态。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the effects of gastrointestinal comfort care on feed intolerance of the infants. Methods: Sixty cases were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group. The control group accepted routine feeding, that is, common stomach tube intermittent feeding method; the observation group were administered with non-nutritional suck, abdominal caress, prone position after feeding and intermittent feeding by stomach tube and micro pump. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of reaching complete enteral nutrition, the time of recovering body weight at birth and nasogastric tube retention time (P＜0.05). The observationg group was less than the control group in the number of the patients manifesting vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention and apnea when the babies were feeding (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Gastrointestinal comfort care could improve feed intolerance of the infants.
