摘要:
目的:观察复方萆薢汤治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法:将尿酸性肾病患者46例随机分为复方萆薢汤组(n=24)与别嘌呤醇组(n=22)。复方萆薢汤组予复方萆 汤治疗,别嘌呤醇组予别嘌呤醇治疗,并于治疗前及治疗8周后检测2组患者血清尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平,于采血前24小时留取2组患者尿液检测24小时尿蛋白定量和尿肝脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)定量。结果:复方萆 汤组患者血清UA、BUN、Cr水平改善明显(P<0.05),效果优于别嘌呤醇组(P<0.05);复方萆 汤组患者24小时尿蛋白定量和尿L-FABP明显减少,效果优于别嘌呤醇组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方萆薢汤能提高尿酸性肾病的临床疗效,并具有保护肾功能的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of compound BiXie Tang in treating uric acid nephropathy(UAN). Methods: All 46 patients were randomized into compound BiXie Tang group(n=24) and allopurinol group(n=22). Compound BiXie Tang group took compound BiXie Tang and allopurinol group allopurinol, the levels of uric acid (UA) in the serum, blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) of the patients in both groups were detected before treating and in eight weeks after treating, the urines of the patients were kept in 24 hours before drawing the blood, quantitative tests for 24 hours urine protein and liver fatty acid binding protein(L-FABP) in urine were performed. Results: The levels of UA, BUN and Cr of compound BiXie Tang group were improved notably(P<0.05), compound BiXie Tang was superior to allopurinol(P<0.05); quantitative tests for 24 hours urine protein and L-FABP in urine of compound BiXie Tang group showed that they were lowered significantly, the decoction showed better effects compared with allopurinol, the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound BiXie Tang could raise therapeutic effects of treatment for UAN, and it could protect renal function.
