摘要:
目的：了解健康体检人群高血压患者依存行为水平，通过干预评价患者依从性改善状况及血压控制情况，为进一步实施护理干预提供理论依据。方法：干预前采用问卷法对80例高血压患者依存行为及血压值进行调查，确定干预方案并进行认知、用药、饮食、行为、血压监测等内容的干预措施。干预后再次评价效果。结果：干预前依存行为处于中等水平，干预后依存行为处于高水平（P＜0.05）；干预后血压值较干预前有所降低（P＜0.05）。结论：干预可提高患者依存行为水平，从而有效控制血压。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the level of dependent behavior of hypertension patients in health examination, and provide theoretical evidence for carrying out nursing intervention by intervening the conditions of controlling blood pressure and dependence improvement of the patients. Methods: Dependent behaviors and blood pressure of 80 hypertension patients were surveyed before intervention, the intervention plan was established and the intervention measures including cognition, medication, diet, behavior, blood pressure monitoring, after the intervention, the effects were judged. Results: Before the intervention, dependent behavior was in the moderate level, after the intervention, the behavior was in high level (P＜0.05); after the intervention, blood pressure was decreased compared with before intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention could improve dependent behavior of the patients, therefore to control blood pressure effectively.
