摘要:: 目的：探讨介入球囊扩张治疗老年糖尿病足的护理措施。方法：将介入球囊扩张治疗的老年糖尿病足患者130例，分为2组各65例，观察组使用心理护理等方法，对照组实施常规护理，比较2组患者术后并发症发生和血糖变化情况。结果：观察组围术期发生动脉痉挛、血管损伤及围术期迷走神经反射比率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖和术中血糖低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：有效的护理干预对于糖尿病足实施介入球囊扩张的患者能减少术后并发症，更好地控制血糖波动，达到促进术后愈合的目的。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate nursing measures for senile patient with diabetic foot who were treated by balloon dilatation. Methods: All 130 patients were separated into two groups, the observation group were given with psychological nursing and the control group routine care, the incidence of postoperative complications and the changes of blood glucose were compared in both groups. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the incidences of arteriospasm, vascular injury in the perioperative period and the reflection ratio of vagus in the perioperative period (P＜0.05); it was lower than the control group in fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and blood glucose in the operation (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Effective nursing intervention could reduce postoperative complications and control blood glucose of the patients with diabetic foot when balloon dilatation in the lower extremities is implemented, consequently it could promote postoperative healing.
