摘要:
目的:评估含红芪和含黄芪益气养血汤对衰老小鼠体内抗氧化损伤及抗免疫衰老作用的效果及差异。方法:用相同剂量红芪替换益气养血汤中的黄芪,灌胃18个月龄老龄鼠。测定老龄小鼠脾脏、胸腺指数,检测老龄小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)水平和血清IL-2含量。结果:含红芪和含黄芪的益气养血汤均可提高老龄小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数,在提高脾脏指数方面红芪作用优于黄芪。2种药物均可提高血清SOD活力,降低MDA水平,且二者作用无差异(P>0.05)。含红芪和含黄芪的益气养血汤均可升高老龄小鼠血清IL-2含量且红芪作用优于黄芪(P<0.05)。结论:含红芪和含黄芪的益气养血汤对老龄小鼠有一定的抗氧化损伤和抗免疫衰老效果,且红芪作用与黄芪作用相当。含红芪的益气养血汤在提高老龄小鼠脾脏指数,提高血清IL-2含量方面优于含黄芪益气养血汤。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the effects and the differences between YiQi YangXue Tang containing HongQi (Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz.) and the one containing HuangQi[Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.] on anti-oxidative damage and anti-aging of senile rats. Methods: The same doses of HongQi were used to replace HuangQi in the prescription of YiQi YangXue Tang, the decoction was given to senile rats at the age of 18 months by lavage. Spleen and thymus indexes of senile rats were detected, the contents of serum IL-2, the level of MDA and the activity of SOD were also measured. Results: YiQi YangXue Tang containing HongQi or HuangQi could raise spleen and thymus indexes of senile rats, HongQi was superior to HuangQi in improving spleen index. Both drugs could improve the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA, and there was no difference between them (P>0.05). The decoction containing HongQi or HuangQi could improve the contents of IL-2, HongQi was superior to HuangQi(P<0.05). Conclusion: YiQi YangXue Tang containing HongQi or HuangQi shows the effects of anti-oxidative damage and anti-aging to senile rats in a certain degree, and HongQi is equivalent to HuangQi. The decoction containing HongQi is superior to the one containing HuangQi in improving spleen index and the content of IL-2 in the serum.
