摘要:
目的:探讨糖网康对视网膜功能的保护作用。方法:将40只自发性糖尿病GK大鼠随机分为4组:模型对照组、糖网康低、中、高剂量组,各组分别灌胃2 mL蒸馏水、150 mg/kg糖网康、300 mg/kg糖网康、600 mg/kg糖网康。每日灌胃1次,连续给药1个月,记录大鼠明视闪光视网膜电图(fERG)a波、b波和Ops波,并将数据统计分析。结果:用药后中药中高剂量组比其他各组用药后的a波、Ops波振幅提高,差异有显著的统计学意义,a波波峰潜时比较差异有统计学意义,潜时缩短;中药中低剂量组比其他各组的b波振幅提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),b波峰潜时比较差异有统计学意义,潜时缩短。中药糖网康能提高糖尿病大鼠fERG的振幅,缩短潜时,尤其是对Ops干预作用明显。结论:中药糖网康对糖尿病模型的早期视网膜功能损害,尤其是视网膜内层血液循环状态的改善具有一定作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the function of TangWangKang on retinal function. Methods: Forty GK rats with spontaneous diabetes mellitus (DM) were randomized into four groups: model control group, low dosage group, moderate dosage group and high dosage group, all the groups above were perfused with distilled water, 2 mL, 150 mg/kg TangWangKang, 300 mg/kg TangWangKang, and 600 mg/kg TangWangKang, once per day, administered with the drugs for one month consecutively, a wave, b wave and Ops wave of flash electroretinogram (fERG) of the rats were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results: After the medication, herb groups of moderate and high dosage were higher than other groups in heightening the amplitudes of a wave and Ops wave, the difference showed notable statistical meaning, the difference showed statistical meaning in the peak latency of a wave, the latency was shortened; after the medication, herb group of moderate dosage was raised compared with other groups in increasing the amplitude of b wave, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning in the peak latency of b wave, the latency was cut down. TangWangKang could significantly increase the amplitude of fERG of DM rats, cut down the latency, especially intervene Ops obviously. Conclusion: TangWangKang could improve early injury of retinal function in DM rat models, especially intimal blood circulation of retina in a certain degree.
