摘要:
目的：掌握住院患者中医适宜技术应用依从性现状，为住院患者全面推广中医适宜技术提供理论依据及解决思路。方法：选择市、县、乡三级医院具有中医适宜技术治疗医嘱的住院患者450例，自制问卷调查表，对患者进行中医适宜技术依从性调查。结果：450例患者中出现了依从性不佳278例（61.78%），患者年龄越小、学历越高依从性越差，职业中以干部的依从性最差。结论：在住院患者进行中医适宜技术治疗的依从性较差，且与年龄、学历、职业等有一定相关性。
