摘要:: 目的：探讨雪山胃宝丸对小鼠胃溃疡的保护作用。方法：应用无水乙醇致小鼠胃溃疡模型、吲哚美辛致小鼠胃溃疡模型及应激性胃溃疡模型，观察雪山胃宝丸对胃黏膜损伤的保护作用，计算溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率。结果：与模型组相比，雪山胃宝丸对无水乙醇致小鼠胃溃疡、吲哚美辛致小鼠胃溃疡及应激性胃溃疡具有明显保护作用(P＜0.05)。结论：雪山胃宝丸对小鼠胃溃疡有保护作用。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate the protective effects of XueShan WeiBao pills on gastric ulcer(GU) of the mice. Methods: Mice model with GU or stress GU was established by using absolute ethyl alcohol and indometacin, to observe protective effects of XueShan WeiBao pills on gastric mucosal injury, ulcer index and index inhibition rate were calculated. Results: Compared with the model group, XueShan WeiBao pills could protect absolute ethyl alcohol-induced GU and indometacin-induced GU and stress GC obviously (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XueShan WeiBao pills present protective effects on GU of the mice.
