摘要:
目的：研究藏药圆柏属植物的生药鉴定特征。方法：运用性状、显微、薄层色谱法对藏药圆柏属药材进行鉴定。结果：不同基源的藏药圆柏在形态学、显微鉴定学、TLC图谱中均存在一定的差异。结论：该方法可以作为藏药圆柏属植物的鉴定和提高相关质量标准的参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To study pharmacognostic identification features of Tibetan medicine YuanBai (Sabina chinensis(L.) Ant.). Methods: Tibetan medicine YuanBai was identified from the shape and property, microscope and thin-layer chromatography (TLC). Results: There were certain differences existed in the comparisons of the morphology, microscopic identification and TLC of Tibetan medicine YuanBai with different origins. Conclusion: The method could be taken as reference for the identification of Tibetan medicine YuanBai and the improvement of quality standard.
