摘要:
目的:研究芦荟多糖乳膏的性能,为芦荟多糖应用于化妆品提供参考。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取芦荟粗多糖后,通过洗涤,除蛋白使其进一步纯化,得到精制多糖。将精制多糖制备成多糖乳膏,比较多糖乳膏与芦荟粉乳膏、维生素E乳膏及空白乳膏的保湿、防晒及抗氧化性能。结果:相对空白乳膏,芦荟多糖乳膏、芦荟粉乳膏和VE乳膏均显示出一定的保湿性,其中VE乳膏的保湿性最好。芦荟多糖在200~400 nm无吸收波峰,且吸收值逐渐随波长增大而减小;芦荟粉对300 nm和200~230 nm波长的光有较好的吸收作用;VE对波长在230 nm左右有很好的吸收能力;芦荟粉乳膏溶液在UVC、UVB、UVC区,均显示出较好的防晒性能。相对空白乳膏,各乳膏均有一定的抗氧化能力,其中VE乳膏抗氧化能力最强,芦荟粉乳膏的抗氧化能力最弱,而芦荟多糖乳膏的抗氧化能力与VE相近。结论:与芦荟粉乳膏、维生素E乳膏相比,芦荟多糖乳膏保湿、抗氧化性能好,但防晒能力较差,因此在化妆品生产工艺中可根据不同的应用目的进行添加。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the reference for the application of aloe polysaccharide to cosmetics by studying the properties of aloe polysaccharide cream. Methods: Crude polysaccharide from aloe was extracted by water extraction and ethanol precipitation method, and it was purified by washing, removing protein method. Purified aloe polysaccharide was prepared into polysaccharide cream, to compare the moisturing, sunscreen and antioxidation properties between polysaccharide cream and aloe powder cream, vitamin E cream and blank cream. Results: Relative blank cream, aloe polysaccharide cream, aloe powder cream and vitamin E cream all displayed the moisturizing effects to a certain degree, and VE cream the best moisturizing effects. Aloe polysaccharide showed no absorption peak in the range between 200 and 400nm, and the absorption index decreased gradually as the wavelength increased; aloe powder could absorb the light in the wavelength of 300nm and from 200 and 230nm; VE showed better absorption ability to the light in the wavelength of 230nm; aloe powder demonstrated better sunscreen property in the regions of UVC, UVB and UVC. Relative blank cream and different creams owned antioxidant ability to a certain degrees, among them, VE cream had the strongest antioxidant effects, aloe powder cream the weakest antioxidant effects, while aloe polysaccharide cream was equivalent to VE in antioxidant ability. Conclusion: Compared with aloe powder cream and VE cream, aloe polysaccharide cream performs good moisturizing and antioxidant effects, but poorer sunscreen ability. Therefore, they should be added according to different aims in the production process of the cosmetics.
