摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助平台（TCMISS）软件分析强直性脊柱炎中药处方的用药规律。方法：收集近5年中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库治疗强直性脊柱炎文献中的中药处方，分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则、核心药物组合。结果:对筛选出的215个中药处方进行分析，确定处方中药物的使用频次、四气五味、归经、药物之间的关联规则，挖掘出16个核心组合。结论:强直性脊柱炎常用的药物以活血化瘀药、补血药、补阳药、补气药、祛风湿散寒药、发散风寒药、祛湿药为主，治法主要是活血化瘀、益气补阳补血、祛风湿散寒。药物四气的分布以温、平、凉为主，五味的分布以苦、甘、辛为主。药物归经的分布以肝、肾、脾为主。当归、杜仲、甘草、独活、牛膝、白芍、桑寄生、狗脊、续断、川芎、熟地黄是临床治疗强直性脊柱炎常用的核心药物。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the medication rules of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) based on TCM inheritance support system (TCMISS). Methods: The papers about TCM prescriptions of treating AS in recent five years were collected from CNKI, VIP and WanFang database, to analyze the frequency of different herbs, the association rules among the herbs, core drug combinations in the prescriptions. Results: Altogether 215 prescriptions were screened and analyzed, the frequency of herbs, four properties and five tastes, the meridians, association rules among the herbs were investigated, and 16 core pairs were discovered. Conclusion: Commonly-used drugs for AS patients are the ones of blood circulation activating and removing blood stasis, nourishing blood, Yang-tonifying, Qi-invigorating, dispelling wind-dampness and coldness, spreading wind-coldness, eliminating dampness mainly, therapeutic methods are to activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, invigorate Qi, tonify Yang and nourish blood, dispel wind-dampness and coldness. Four properties of the herbs are warm, even and cool, five tastes are bitter, sweat and acrid mainly. The meridians of the herbs are liver, kidney and spleen mainly. Commonly-used core drugs for AS patients are DangGui (Angelica sinensis), DuZhong(Eucommia ulmoides Oliver), GanCao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch), DuHuo(Angelica pubescens Maxim.f. biserrata Shan et Yuan), NiuXi (Achyranthes bidentata Blume. ), BaiShao(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.), SangJiSheng [Taxillus sutchuenensis (Lecomte) Danser], GouJi ［Cibotium barometz(L.) J.Sm.］, XuDuan(Dipsacales), ChuanXiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.) and ShuDi (Chinese Foxglove) in clinic.
