摘要:
目的：观察半夏泻心汤治疗胃病的临床疗效。方法：采用半夏泻心汤治疗188例胃病患者，观察治疗前后血清胃泌素、胃动素、生长抑素、临床症状积分等指标的变化情况。结果：188例患者中痊愈144例，占76.60%；有效34例，占18.08%；好转7例，占3.72%，无效3例，占1.60%。治疗后血清胃泌素、胃动素水平均显著高于治疗前(P＜0.05)；治疗后血清生长抑素水平显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。治疗后所有患者纳差、嗳气、胀满、胃脘痛等临床症状积分均显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。结论：半夏泻心汤治疗胃病临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of BanXia XieXin Tang in the treatment for gastric disease. Methods: All 188 patients were treated with BanXia XieXin Tang, to observe the changes of gastrin, motilin, somatostatin and the scales of clinical symptoms before and after treating. Results: Among 188 patients, there were 144 cases cured and they held 76.60%; 34 cases effective and 18.08%; seven cases improved and 3.72%; three cases ineffective and 1.60%. The levels of gastrin and motilin after treating were higher than these before treating (P＜0.05); the level of somatostatin after treating was lower than that before treating (P＜0.05). The scales of clinical symptoms including poor appetite, belching, distension and gastric abscess after treating were lower than these before treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: BanXia XieXin Tang is effective in the treatment for gastric disease.
