摘要:
将传统中医学的整体观念与现代生理、生物学知识相联系，阐释肾主骨与骨关节炎(OA)的关系，指出OA属中医学“骨痹”的范畴，该病的发病与肾脏关系尤为密切，肾虚骨衰是OA发病的病机关键；古代和现代医家采用方药治疗OA时均以补肾法来治本；肾为先天之本，在体为骨，藏精生髓，肾的功能与作用涉及了分子-细胞-器官-整体多个层面。
Abstract:
Osteoarthritis (OA) belongs to the category of "bone arthralgia" through illustrating the relation between kidney governing bone and OA, holism concept in traditional TCM connecting with modern physiology and biological knowledge, OA incidence is closely related to the kidney, renal deficiency and osteoporosis are the key of OA pathogenesis; the doctors in ancient and modern times usually treat OA by kidney tonification method; kidney is the root of the essence, presents its essence in the bone, it could store the essence and produce the marrow, the function and the effects of the kidney involve the levels of molecular-cells-organs- the whole.
