结合多学科知识，以地域视角审视中医史研究范式，指出现有对于特定地域的中医发展史的研究，大多集中于地域因素对中医学的影响及本籍医者的资料长编式论述，或地域自然人文特点对医学实践与传承的片段式探讨，而在形成中医发展史的医学知识、典籍的产生和传承传播，及医学实践两个主要方面地域因素都起着或明或暗的作用。

Combined with multi-disciplinary knowledge, research paradigm of TCM history is surveyed in regional persecptive, current researches on TCM development history in specific regions mostly focus on the impact of the regions on TCM and data lengthy discourse of the doctor, or fragment discussion on medical practice and inheritance about regional natural and cultural characteristics, while regional factors are playing the roles apparently or inapparently in the production, inheritance and spread of medical knowledge and classics which formed TCM development history, and medical practice.
